Timsy Kamboj, alumni of Pearl Academy of Fashion, New Delhi started selling under the label ‘I KNOW’ in October 2009. The label launched its first winter wear collection at an exhibition held at Select City Walk Mall. The designs and the work were appreciated by people of all ages. Even those who didn’t have that perfect figure and elegant personality that should be flaunted went gaga over the collection because the garments shaped up their body in the most modest manner and made them look stunning and sensuous. In just a matter of weeks ‘I KNOW’ became a fast moving brand and was flooded with orders from individual clients and other buyers. The label then moved on to doing exhibitions like Gorgeous India Lifestyle Exhibition at Hotel Taj Palace and Live In Splendor at Sheraton Hotel, include exhibitions at Select City Walk Mall and Jalsa Fashion Yatra at The Ashok Hotel. Apart from it’s direct selling endeavors I KNOW also retails through three stores located in three different cities of India.

I KNOW has a factory in East of Kailash where it has a team of eight members including one master (who has worked with CUE) and seven trained tailors. I KNOW has the potential to meet any demand from its buyers and that too on time.
A tapestry of varied cultural references infused with urbane existence plays a key role in this collection with which they have combined natural affinity to line & shape and a fascination for post modern architecture. Working on drafts they have used a synthesis of self developed pattern-making techniques alongside traditional methods of draping to create distinct silhouettes. The challenge of harmonizing a line based design philosophy with the curves of the human body is a constant in all their collections.
